MyChub Encounter Blogger Template Updated & Fixed broken archive

Updated the mychub blogger templates.
- Added Links to titles on the right column of the page.
- Fixed broken link of the archive section
- Things in consideration ::
1. use CSS 2.0 absolute positioning. (Arghh.. what the heck is that ??)Read more

2. Adding thumbnails of the writers to the blog.. my existing code does not want
to work..
