Updated broken links
Updated the broken link in the mIRC script for #MyChubs OP. The file mychub2003.mrc is intended to keep spammers from entering the channel. Pretty handy script created by Nightshiver. Good work guys !!!!

Added Rainbow Flag & MyChub Version Page
Added the rainbow flag and a new mychub website version system to keep track of the many changes to the site. By this way, any changes to the site can be logged and reference by future mychub coders and programmers.
